Maintenance and Upkeep of the Pool
The following are maintenance and cleaning duties to be performed by the lifeguards:
Daily
*Clean bathrooms:
-sinks and toilets
-toilet bowls
-mirrors
-floors: disinfect, scrub, spray, sweep, and wipe drains
-check paper towels, toilet paper and soap
*Take out trash: office, boys bathroom, girls bathroom (check stalls)
*Check skimmer baskets: 1 by baby pool, 2 by 2 ½, 1 in 12 ft. gutter
*Bug pools
*Take out equipment
When needed
*Spray off decks
*Sweep out gutters
*Vacuum
*Take out trash in cage and out front by pop machines
*Pull weeds
*Do laundry
*Clean office
*Pick up trash outside around pool
