Discipline Policy for Enforcing Rules and Regulations
Fill out a discipline report located in the file cabinet.
1st Offense: Warning-state rule and appropriate behavior
2nd time of same behavior: 5 minute time out
3rd time of same behavior: Use your own judgement but try to be as
consistent as possible. If the person was running (or something similar) for a 3rd
time then a time out is appropriate. But if the patron is misbehaving and getting out of
hand (cursing, fighting, pushing someone in) they may be told to leave.
